Doug Wright founded CONNX Solutions in 2001, with John Evans, as a software development firm specializing in database connectivity. Originally a division of SolutionsIQ, the company was spun off to better focus on its own markets. Wright continues to provide the vision and guidance necessary to expand and enhance the company's position in the global marketplace.

The company's client base includes over 3000 companies worldwide in a variety of industries. In addition to founding CONNX Solutions, Wright co-founded SolutionsIQ in 1979 and PC Help Corporation in 1989 - affiliated companies of CONNX Solutions - which offer technical staffing/ consulting and PC hardware and software support respectively. Prior to creating these companies, Wright was Data Processing Manager of the King County Director’s Association, where he had direct responsibility for all data processing functions.

His extensive programming and project management background has been applied in major consulting projects with numerous companies including Microsoft and Siemens Corporations.

John Evans co-founded CONNX Solutions with Doug Wright in 2001. As Secretary Treasurer, his primary responsibility is to oversee the administration functions of CONNX Solutions, including human resources, finance, building operations, and space planning. Evans locates and develops key financial relationships with the company’s banking, insurance, and legal vendors. Together with Doug Wright, he plays a key role in the company’s strategic direction. Evans has extensive management experience, including his roles as Vice President at SolutionsIQ and PC Help as well as General Manager of King County Director's Association where he spent 12 years. He has a B.A. in Economics from Western Washington University.

Larry McGhaw
VP of Engineering and CTO

Appointed VP of Engineering and CTO in Spring 2004, Larry has been with CONNX Solutions and its parent company SolutionsIQ since 1992. He is responsible for managing and leading the overall process of Commercial Software Development, including architectural design, professional services, and technical writing, as well as managing the quality assurance, training, and technical support teams. Larry formerly held development and product management positions at Microsoft, where he was responsible for the design and development of several internal business and sales applications. With over 15 years of commercial software development experience, he has led in the design and development of small and large projects at several companies, including SolutionsIQ, AT&T, and Microsoft.

John Charpentier
Director of Marketing

Appointed Director of Marketing in December 2007, John Charpentier is responsible for Marketing and assisting with Direct Sales, including Customer Sales VARs, OEMs, Large Partners, Distributors and Vertical Oriented Sales. Charpentier brings to CONNX Solutions more than 25 years of sales, marketing, and business development experience with enterprise software companies serving Fortune 500 clients. He served in various sales management and marketing positions at TranSenda, Compuware Corporation, Attachmate, Matrox, Hewlett Packard, and Honeywell's Information System Division. Charpentier is a graduate of Concordia University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Marketing.

Shirley McKinney
Director of Business Development

Appointed Director of Business Development in Spring 2004, Shirley McKinney initially joined CONNX Solutions' parent company SolutionsIQ in 1995 to establish and manage the West and Central sales regions. McKinney is responsible for business development and for leading and directing strategic relationships, alliances, and partnerships, including VARs, OEMs, and key accounts. Prior to CONNX, McKinney was a senior sales executive for numerous software solution vendors, including OEMs for some of the leading hardware manufacturers in the high-tech industry. She served in various account management, sales and sales management roles at Manus Services Corporation, Market Street Computer Systems, and Paradigm Data Systems. McKinney is a graduate of Western Washington University and holds a B.S. in Economics.

Yueh-O Chiang
Accountant

Appointed Accountant in January 2002, Yueh-O Chiang is responsible for all financial, budgeting, analytical, and human resource functions at CONNX Solutions. Chiang brings more than 15 years of high-tech, accounting management experience to CONNX Solutions, including previous roles at Flextronics Enclosures and SecureNet Technologies, Inc. A graduate of Ming Chuan College of Commerce, Chiang holds a B.A. in International Trade and an A.A. in accounting from Shoreline Community College.
