Problem:

Error message 119 appears for three different files, as follows:

Grid32.ocx
Component Move Data had the following error:

Resolution:

This error message is resulting from a missing or outdated DLL file. The file in which the error occurred is named in the error message. All are located in the C:\Windows\System32 or C:\WINNT\System32 folder. T
