Territory Manager - Inside Software Sales  CONNX Solutions was incorporated in 2001 and is a private, self funded, profitable company that is a leading supplier of middleware data access, integration and migration software. Terms associated with our technology are: Federated, Virtual, CDC, EII, Metadata Management, ETL, data Synchronization, data Replication etc. We also provide query and report creation tools. Corporate offices are located in Redmond, Washington and we support over 3,000 customers worldwide from this location. Our sales are a combination of inside telemarketing and VARS, OEM partners. Direct sales are done locally with little to no travel required. Our focus is to target C level individuals involved in integrating their enterprise databases into BI, Web, data warehouse projects or modernizing their legacy applications. Our products run on all platforms from desktops, mid tier, and mainframe hardware and software with support for all databases in an enterprise including relational and legacy non-relational. We are seeking a highly motivated (hunter) inside sales representative to manage and cultivate a geographic territory by cold calling and/or following up leads generated by our marketing campaigns. In addition to the direct sales effort your duties will include developing vertical markets by signing up Value Added Resellers (VARS) and OEM’s. The salary structure is base plus commission. There are incentives for exceeding quotas. The harder you work the more you can earn. We offer a mix of company sponsored draws and future earning draws to get you going.
