Title Software Engineer   Position Description Join our team of highly skilled and diverse developers currently working on an exciting, leading-edge, technology revolutionizing products that allows seamless access to entire enterprise databases.   Description We are currently seeking an experienced C++ developer to assist in new CONNX development as well as maintenance/support of released versions of CONNX. You will be involved in helping us deliver a product that supports JDBC, ODBC, OLE DB, and .NET data access standards. You will be involved in developing and supporting CONNX components that run on various mainframe operating systems, including z/OS, OS/390, and VSE as well as Unix systems, including Linux, HPUX, AIX and Solaris. This position requires heavy knowledge of C++, Windows and Unix. The ideal candidate will have several years experience in Unix and will be well versed on Windows platforms from Windows 2000 to Windows 2008 R2. Java and .NET experience is a plus. Mainframe experience and Open VMS experience is also a plus. CONNX supports all known major database systems. Our unique product architecture is very exciting and CONNX is sure to gain market share in the new and upcoming Universal Data Access marketplace. Research and Development meetings are held regularly with the development staff to ensure we keep abreast of new technology. This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience and a BS in computer science.
