Course Description

The class will focus on understanding the basic and advanced features of the CONNX product, and how to utilize Microsoft .NET technology to build Web solutions. The main objective of the class is to empower the developer/DBA or system, network, or PC administrator to understand how to use CONNX successfully in their enterprise.

We will be demonstrating how CONNX can be used successfully for Microsoft ASP.NET applications. Microsoft .NET is a popular technology that enables developers to create sophisticated Web-based applications quickly and efficiently. CONNX Solutions already has developed several large ASP .NET applications, and we will use that expertise to demonstrate how CONNX can be successfully used within a Web ASP .NET application.

The class is hands-on , and by being so, offers attendees the benefits of an exclusive look at CONNX architecture by those how know it best. Sample topics include how to avoid installation pitfalls, how to resolve business problems, how to optimize queries, and how to deploy your new ASP .NET creation.

Led by qualified instructors who bring over twenty years of database experience and real-world ASP .NET product development expertise to the classroom, you’ll find the experience challenging and rewarding. By attending this course, CONNX users will gain the knowledge they need to maximize their investment in CONNX and avoid expensive and lengthy coding efforts, and thus produce profitable results. Additionally, attendees can benefit from numerous networking opportunities.

Who should attend: Designed mainly for developers/DBAs or system, network, or PC administrators. Should have knowledge of basic database architecture (tables, queries, primary keys, basic SQL syntax).

Cost: $3,250 for 3 day class
Dates: September 23-25
Computer: If you bring your own laptop, it must have Visual Studio .NET, and CONNX installed. Otherwise, one will be provided.
Meals: Lunch and Continental breakfast provided.
